Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
